He was predeceased by: his wife Olga Witt; his parents, Gustave Witt and Christina Witt; and his siblings, Edward, Carl, Martin, Emmett Witt, Hilda Miske and Emmeline Starke.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Rzepka (Jerry), Lois Miller (Howard) and Carol Brown (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Brian Miller (Tracey), Marsha Follett (Josh), Natalie Strayer (Mark), Matthew Rzepka (Amber), Wade Brown (Taryn) and Chris Brown (Stacey); his great grandchildren, Joleen, Jaylyn, Johnny Follett, Joyell Stryker (Jace), Breonna Rowe (Mike), Vanessa Rinz, Jonah, Eden Strayer, Paul Rzepka, Taylor, Cash, Elizabeth and Magdilyn Brown; and his sister Donna Schmidt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
