With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Bender of Branch, Michigan, born in Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Bender and Virginia Bender (Bricker); his father-in-law Glema Pierson; and his brother-in-law Larry Pierson. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Marie Bender (Pierson); his son Anthony Bender (April) of Plainwell; his grandchildren, Chloe (Jonny Rozela) and Brody; his son Bradley Bender (Diane) of Ankeny; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Katelynn and Charlee.
