She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Wayman and Edna Wayman (Monroe); her husband Jack Cunningham; her sons, David Vellenga and Scott Cunningham; and her siblings, Sam Wayman, Velma Baker, Pat Wayman and Marvin Wayman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Vellenga (Mark) and Colleen Macy (Tom); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Wayman, Ronnie Cunningham and John Baker. She is also survived by many grandkids and great-grandkids; one great-great grandchild.
