She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Moore and Hazel Moore; her husband Mike; her son Jeffrey; and her siblings, Iva Strich and Alvin Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terrie (Mark) of Boyne City, Ginnie (Mike) of New Mexico and Cindi (Ford) of Michigan; her grandsons, Chad, John, Scott, Patrick and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Acacia and Aneliese. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a memorial fund in honor of Sally Scott to the Boyne City United Methodist Church.
