She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leist and Hazel Leist (Shaw); her husband Phillip DeNise of Boyne Falls; her siblings, Charles Leist (Gertrude), Ralph Leist (Jenny), Albert Leist (Wilma), Myra Kurtz (William) and Laura Eggers (Russell); and her granddaughter Kristin Pickarski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Pickarski (Tony), Lois Gibbs (Art) and Carol Oakley (Craig).
Ruby requested that memorial donations in her name be directed to Hospice or a local food pantry.
