With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Frank Richards of Boyne City, Michigan, born in Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Richards and Hattie Richards (Schenk); his wife Jeannette Richards; his sons, James "Don" Richards and Rickey Richards; and his grandson Kelly Logan.
He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo Hjellum (John), Jacquelyn Kaye Pinney (Howard), Joseph L. Richards (Jean), Kathy Richards Gilmore, Cindy Viers (Gary), Michael Richards (Robin) and Todd Richards (Judy); and his daughter-in-law Loretta Richards. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; and his numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
