She was predeceased by: her parents, Norm Eiseman and Norma Eiseman; her sisters, Delores and Sherry; her son Jim Crumbaugh (Ginger); her former husband Jim Daniels; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Crumbaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Mongar; and her sons, Steve Crumbaugh (Cathy), Randy Crumbaugh (Julie), Pastor David Crumbaugh (Cindy), Larry Crumbaugh, Tom Crumbaugh (Kathy) and Tim Crumbaugh (Debra). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild.
