We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2024, at the age of 60, Jeffrey David Smith (Boyne City, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Daryll Smith; and his grandparents, Ester, John Smith, John Henry and Elizabeth Fortune.

He is survived by: his mother Eunice Prince (Fortune); his wife Crystal Smith; his sons, David Smith, Rick Leonard, III (Rachel) and Mike Leonard (Celia); his grandchildren, Blake, Carter, Deven, Ricky, Nevaeh, Jayceton, Harleigh and Jaylen; his siblings, John, Daryll Smith and Tiffnany; and his nephew Johnny Smith.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stackus Funeral Home (417 Elm St, Boyne City, MI 49712). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
