He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Deming (Webster) and Silas Deming; his siblings, Ronald, Ralph, Albert, Edith, Cora, Mary, Joanne and Barbara; and his son Timothy Allen Deming.

He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Kevin Deming, Craig Deming (Darlene) and Lynn Shaw (Michael); his grandchildren, Jason Deming, Liane Deming, Barbie Deming, Stephanie Deming, Mandy Deming, Alicia Cole (Deming), Chad Deming, Kaitlan Deming and Niki Shaw; and his sister Florence Kominski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Those wishing to make a charitable donation in Cal's memory are asked to consider the Veterans Association or McLaren Hospice.
