She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lee and Dorothy May Austin (Mowrey); her husband Robert Lee Thompson; and her siblings, John Jensen, Freeman Austin, Goldie Kay Austin and James Austin.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Russell Thompson (Tina) of Belvidere and Dorothy Irene Thompson of Boon; her grandchildren, Mitch Thompson (Kristin), Ashley Majeski (Matt) and Alex Stoppa; her great grandchildren, Jack, Cecilia, Mattison, Brayden and Hadley; her siblings, Russ Austin (Joan), Elda Gilmore (Charlie), Nancy Berenter (Joel), Lew Austin, Jerry Austin (Anna), Larry Austin, Mary Austin, Laura Simerson (Everett) and Paul Austin (Lynn); and her mother-in-law Barbara Taylor (Doug).
