He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon Mayo and Sarah Mayo (Nixon); his wife Delores Mayo (Barnes); his sister Claudia Rosbeck (Terry) of Alpena, MI; his children, Debra Kae Johnson (Stephen) of Webster, FL, Diana Yvonne Ankner (Mark) of Hubbard Lake, MI, Donna Louise Loberg (David) of Florissant, CO, James Hughe of Colorado Springs, CO and John David (Jackie) of Viborg, SD.; and his grandchildren, Thomas Sorensen (Tina), Marc Glauch (Diana), Kyle Loberg (Melissa), Jannell Douglas (Chad), Kelly Mayo and Joshua Mayo. He was also cherished by 19 great-grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren plus many more nieces and nephews.
