He is survived by: his children, Steven Christopher Hodges and Rebekah Mae Hodges; his wife Phyllis Hodges; his children, David Hodges (Tracey) of Boon and Jennie Koetje (David) of Zeeland; and his grandsons, Nathan Hodges, Caleb Koetje, Isaac Koetje and Joshua (Lisa).
