He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Emory and Reva Emory (Goodman); his daughters, Cheryl Haas and Carol Jo Oldenburg; his granddaughter Amanda; and his siblings, Allan and Birdie.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Emory (Kathy) of Lake City and Carla; his grandchildren, Tamara, Crystal, Travis, Kim, Jen, Misty and Matthew; and his great grandchild Jordan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
