Essenmacher; his wife Paula Wheeler; his children, Tony Essenmacher (Stella) and Jessica Blake (William); his grandchild Luna; and his siblings, Jerome Essenmacher (Patti), Andrew Essenmacher (Dawn), Philip Essenmacher (Kelly), Catherine Comfort (Gary) and Margie Bhatt. He is also survived by twenty three nieces and nephews.
