He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Percival and Yvonne Percival (Pieratt); and his brother Dwight Percival. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Percival; his daughters, Karen Percival of Bloomingdale, Susan Percival, Donna Simons (Kris) and Christine Kellogg; his grandchildren, Anna, Matthew, Dylan, Mackenzie, Madison, Anthony, Elenor and Marshall; his great grandchildren, Shane, Alexis and Peter; and his siblings, Carolyn Percival, Stanley Percival, Frank Percival (Lois) and Daniel Percival (Jo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
