He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Remington and Erma Remington; his sister Marilyn Remington; and his friend Frank Brady. He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Elizabeth Bohannon (Manuel "Bo"), Jill Martinez (Rick) and Scott Remington; his grandchildren, Holly, Kenny, Andrew, Chelsea, Brooke, Kallie, Lukas and Maci; his great grandchild Kaleya; and his brother Ron Remington (Carolyn).

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Van Buren Youth Camp.
