He was predeceased by: his grandparent Pastor Gail Pike (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Jessey; his daughter Hayden; his parents, Bill Pike and Lynn Pike; and his grandfather Dave Bly (Pat). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
