We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2022, at the age of 87, Herbert Junior Van Horn of Bloomingdale, Michigan, born in Gobles, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Horn and Jennett Van Horn; his sons, Matthew Scott and Douglas Van Horn; his granddaughter Kera; his great grandchild Justin; his siblings, Bob, George Van Horn and Alta Jean Ruiz; and his siblings-in-law, Olive Van Horn and David Ruiz.
He is survived by: his wife Cherry; his children, Barb Strong (Steve) of Bloomingdale, Herbert "Mick" Van Horn (Susan) of Sagamore Hills, OH and Tim Van Horn (Marie) of Cheshire; his daughters-in-law, Joanie Van Horn and Vicky Van Horn; his sister Carol Begeman (Gary); and his sister-in-law Nelda Van Horn. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Bloomingdale Area School Foundation.
