He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Latchaw and Emilie Latchaw (Blank). He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Finch (Ben); his stepdaughter Amy Harris (Mark); his siblings, Steve Latchaw and Linda Page (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Gage, Miller Finch, Brody and Marty Harris. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bloomingdale Conservation Club.
