Chester A. Johnson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester A. Johnson (Bloomingdale, Michigan), born in South Haven, Michigan, who passed away on June 1, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Eloise Johnson; and his brothers, Theodore "Ted" Johnson and Carl Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Lonny Johnson, Louise Nelson (Wayne) and Elizabeth "Beth" Taylor (Ed Bowen); his nieces and nephews, Carl "Tony" Johnson, Joshua Taylor, Terry Johnson, Sally Germinder, Debbie McCormick, Brian Garpow, Tonda Johnson and Mark Johnson; and his sister Signe Johnson. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including a special cousin.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army.
