She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Angus McLeod and Merle McLeod (Rich); her husband Robert "Bob" Beckett; her sons, Kevin, Michael (Leslie) and Nathaniel "Scott" Beckett (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Joy, Hope, Aries, Ethan, Angus, Connor and Elizabeth; and her brothers, Duane (Teresa) and Wayne McLeod (Sally). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
