It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Johnson of Bloomingdale, Michigan, born in Blytheville, Arkansas, who passed away on August 5, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Stigall Sr. and Avilou Stigall; her husband Larry Eugene Johnson; her siblings, Bobby, Billy, Pauline, Roy, Sue, Shirley, Linda, Carolyn, Huey, Cody and Ronnie Joe; and her close friend Peggy Whitney.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry, Robbie, Trevor, Michael and David; her grandchildren, Erika Johnson Wolff (Tim), Brett Johnson and Avery Johnson; her great grandchildren, Karis Wolff and Abby Wolff; her sister Terry Lawrence of Gassville, Arkansas; her sisters-in-law, Dee Bush (Bob) of Galesburg, Sharon Stigall of Camden and Wanda Stigall of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and her close friends, Etta Woolum of Bloomingdale, Michigan and Kathleen Johnson of Bloomingdale, Michigan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
Betty generously made donations to many charitable organizations, St. Jude's Children's Hospital being closest to her heart.
