He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Myers and Roberta Myers-Marcincavage (Wade); his stepfather Joseph Marcincavage; his brother John; and his niece Kimberly Graham.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jan Montgomery (Bill) of Bloomingdale, MI and Karen Graham (Everett) of Otsego, MI; his nieces and nephews, Dawn, Patty (Eric), Shannon (Adam), April (Steve Boyle), Steve (Karina), Brian, Beth (Gar), Amy (Jim), Christy (Stephen) and Joe (Jenny); and his aunt Alice Wade of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
