She was predeceased by: her spouse William Schumer; and her sibling Miriam Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Schwartz (Larry), Deborah Tuchman (Ken) and David Schumer (Mary Ellen); her grandchildren, Nancie Schwartz (Armin Michelsen), Adam Schwartz (Caroline), Beth Cassidy (Jeff), Erica Tuchman (Elysse Weiss), Jillian Tuchman, Hallie Tuchman, Rebecca Tuchman (Jacob Caplain), Nathan Schumer (Hillary), Molly Schumer (Josh O'Rouke), Ari Schumer and Sam Schumer; and her great grandchildren, Avery Schwartz, Quinn Schwartz, Sophia Schumer and Liam Schumer.
