He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Kelsey and Julia Kelsey; his daughter Diane Carol Kelsey; and his great grandchild Ivy Griffis. He is survived by: his sister Betty Jane Shepherd of Florida; his daughter Linda Brown (James); his grandchildren, C. Dean Daniels (Joyce), Bettye Ann Kittle (Kevin) and Robert Brown; his daughter Julie Bentley (Gordon); his grandchildren, Kelsey Wormley (Matt) and Paige Griffis; his daughter Ardis Greene (Perry III); his grandchildren, Perry IV (Kaitlin), Ryan (Lauren) and Dirk Greene (Emily); his son Arthur III Kelsey (Laura-Lee); his grandsons, Arthur IV (Shana), Joseph (Sarah) and James; his wife Bettye; and his grandchildren, Joyce, Bettye Anne, Kevin, Bobby, Matt, Kaitlin, Lauren, Allison, Emily, Shana, Joe, Sarah, Jamie and Quinn. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
