He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; the fathers of children, William III (Candy) and Gary (Beverlee); his grandchildren, Ashley Laylock (David), Marian Henderson, Craig (Kristin) and Marc Coughlin (Barbara); his great grandchildren, Cole, Grant, Beau, Logan and Lauren Coughlin; his sister Anne Harper (David); and his nephew Jeff Harper (Kimberly).
