She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bergevin and Effie Bergevin; and her siblings, Florence (Donald) and Andrew Bergevin (Lena). She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Gregory Koster (Susan), Dennis Koster (Gale) and Cynthia E. Koster; her grandchildren, Katelynn, Kevin and Grant; and her great grandchildren, Emily and Owen Long.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Shirley's memory to Alzheimer's Assn.
