She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Newman; and her brother George Wener (late Dottie). She is survived by: her children, Sharon Abrial (Jean-Pierre Bouquet), Judith Newman (Peter Trepeck) and Fredric Newman (Marsha); her grandchildren, Erik Kershenbaum (Anne), Amy Kershenbaum (Mariano Montenegro), Nicole Kovacs, Rachel Layne, Adam Layne (Sharon), Jaime Ray Newman (Guy Nativ) and Beth Newman; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Simon, Benjamin, Ma'Ayon, Ellie, Rebeca, Emilia, Jayde (Bob), Jake, Jayme, Alma and Mila; and her sister-in-law Jeannette Ross. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
