He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley; and his nephew Ethan. He is survived by: his spouse Lauren Rakolta; his children, Dylan, Leighton, Colt and Theodore "Rex"; his father Bill Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Mark, Jill and Billy. He is also survived by his family, being a dad to his children.
