She was predeceased by: her parents, David Kokowicz and Helen Kokowicz (Matuszak); her sister Christine Kunath; and her daughters, Cynthia Lukowski and Camille Quartuccio (Lukowski).

She is survived by: her husband George W. Lukowski; and her children, Gloria Blair, Georgine Miller (Les), Christine Dorr (Jeff) and George Lukowski (Jennifer). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.

The family would appreciate donations to Alzheimer's Foundation.
