She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tiong Ho Tan and Ping Hwa Nio Oei; her spouse Jusuf Iljas; her son Dr. John Hendra Iljas; her daughter-in-law Rose Luna Iljas; her grandsons, Christopher James Iljas and Thomas Matthew Iljas; her daughter Dr. Elisabeth Iljas Heath; her son-in-law Dr. John Scott Heath II; her granddaughters, Allison Sarah Heath and Katherine Elizabeth Heath; her son David Alex Iljas; her daughter-in-law Julie Duckworth Iljas; and her grandchildren, Andrew Robert Isaiah Duckworth and Abbygail Elizabeth Duckworth.
