He was predeceased by: his sibling Monte Balbes. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Balbes; his children, Craig (Tina), Xorin (Truman) and Barry Balbes (Pamela); his grandchildren, Jenny Sweidan (Eric), Amy Morrow (Roman), Jordan Balbes (Emily), Alana Dritz (Eric) and Jake Balbes (Ali); his great grandchildren, Blake, Maddie, Cameron, Jayden, Teddy, Leo and Sosie; and his grandchildren, Andy (late Dave), Max, Hannah Dow John (Faith), Ryann, Ian and Shane Jacobson.
