She was predeceased by: her siblings, George Safie (late Madeline), Mary Rashid (late George), Louis Safie (Therese), Madeline Salem (late Eddie) and Charles Safie (Joanne); and her parents, Demitri Safie and Zbada Safie.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Pavone (Antonio Borrello) and Bernadino "Bernie" Pavone (Jovie Alboroto); her grandchildren, Gianna, Julian, Annalisa and Antonio; and her sister Eleanor Deeby (late Thomas). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
