It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald L. Lopez M. D. (Bloomfield Hills, Michigan), who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose V. and Helen B. Lopez; and his daughter Elizabeth. He is survived by: his spouse Annette Bak-Lopez; his children, Lillian Teresa Pawl and Richard Jose Lopez; his grandchildren, Danielle, Richard, Jonathon Lopez, Taren, Edmund and Michael Pawl; and his great grandchildren, Kendrix Janis and Deklyn Janis.
Because of his love of his island, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in his name to Puerto Rico Relief Charites, or charities of your choice.
