He was predeceased by: his wife Irma Mogill; his siblings, Harry Mogill (late Bella) and Norton Mogill; and his brother-in-law Marshall Traibman. He is survived by: his children, Jain Lauter (Carl), David Mogill and Elizabeth Silver (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Shira Wolberg (Lyle), Rebekah Lauter, Dr. Johnathan Lauter (Liza Sugar), Joseph Silver (Grace Erdmann), Shelby Silver, Annie Silver, Danny Mogill (Sidney Lubeck) and Anna Mogill; and his great grandchildren, Joey, Katie, Maya Wolberg, Talia and Henry Lauter.
