He was predeceased by: his parents, Brinnie Rubin and Benjamin Craine; and his mother-in-law Lucille. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Craine; his children, Joey Craine and Ellyn Davidson (Jon); his grandchildren, Lacey, Brett and Seth Davidson; his siblings-in-law, Bunny and Bob Lenhard; and his father-in-law Marshall Miller. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
