He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Weiss; his siblings, Shirley Finkel, Seymour Weiss, Jack Weiss and Herbert Weiss; and his parents, Samuel Weiss and Lilly Weiss.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Sparling, Steve Weiss (Karen Ring) and Scott Weiss (Marci Bakst); his grandchildren, Ben Sparling (Abby), Adam Sparling (Rebecca), Alexandra Jarmin (Shane), Monica Weiss, Jake Weiss, Mitch Weiss (Jaime Falco), Brad Weiss, Danny Weiss and Eric Weiss; and his girlfriend Estelle Robinson.
