He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Turpening (Sharp); his brother Patrick; his brother-in-law Mike Manders; and his stepmother Judy Turpening. He is survived by: his father Tommie Lee Turpening; his children, Taylor Turpening (Steven Shelden), Jordan Turpening and Brayden Turpening; and his sisters, Tammie Manders, Shari Chamberlain (Kevin), Kim Dowell (Brian), Kristi Turpening and Penny Grammer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
