It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Gerald Tabbert of Blissfield, Michigan, born in Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Tabbert and Martha Tabbert (Davis); and his siblings, Elmer "Spike", Robert, Louis and Myrna Jean Baldwin.
He is survived by : his wife Linda Perry.
