She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vanderlaan and Dolores Vanderlaan; and her brother John Vanderlaan. She is survived by: her spouse John O. Hopkins; her children, John T. Hopkins (Susie), Brenda Parran (Rick) of Wauseon, OH, Pamela Humphries of Toledo, OH and Brian Hopkins of Roanoke, IN.; and her brothers, Robert C. Vanderlaan and Roger Vanderlaan of New London, PA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
