She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Myles" and Frances Webster (Crandall); and her former husband David. She is survived by: her spouse Donald Hoffman; her children, Eric Goble (Margee) of Sandy Spring and Marcy Anderson (Carl) of Ottawa Lake; her grandchildren, Connor Goble, Annie Kate Goble, David Anderson, Dylan Anderson and Ariel Hoffman; and also Chip Hoffman of Manitou Beach.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Margaret may be made to Siena Heights University, University of Michigan Hospital for cancer research or Ebeid Hospice.
