She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey S. Williams and Frances E. Williams (Hallmark); her husband Loy R. Mills; her siblings, William O. Williams, John A. Williams, Jasper E. Williams, Lorece Nix and Juanita Reynolds; and her son-in-law David LaTour.
She is survived by: her children, Loy Joseph Mills (Donna) of Charlotte, Michigan, Judith A. Paulson (Bill Sauter) of Adrian, Tenia LaTour of Blissfield, Angela Ringman (Bill) of Clayton, Debra Loveland (Steve) of Blissfield and Wetonia Jackson (Greg) of Blissfield; and her brother Harvey D. Williams (Wanda) of Shelbyville, Tennessee. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
