We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2020, at the age of 91, John Richard McVay (Blissfield, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William McVay and Florence McVay (Forbes); his daughter Sharon Schultz LeBel; and his sisters, Erma and Sandra.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie McVay (Porath); his children, Janet Roe (John), Rick McVay, Don McVay and Judy Walker (Steve); his stepchildren, Larry Porath and Laurie Schmidt (Mike); and his brother Nathan Smith. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
