He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Jean Mottmiller of Oregon, Ohio.; and his siblings, Eugene and Beatrice. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Betz-Peiffer (George); and his granddaughter Dayna Betz Watruba (Bernie).
