He was predeceased by: his mother Linda L. Shaffer (Sands); and his daughter Mary Ann Shaffer. He is survived by: his children, Cole, Logan, Nevaeh, Anna Marie Shaffer, Caiden Lamb, Taryn Bailey and Alex Arkwright; his father Dorman D. Shaffer, Jr.; his brothers, Rick Zuver, Ryan Shaffer and Eric Minturn; his stepfather Edward Minturn; and his former wives, Andrea Shaffer and Erica Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
