She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Gray and Leona Gray (Reed); her husband Frank LaDuke; and her son Stacy LaDuke. She is survived by: her daughter LeAnn-Forche Howard; her grandchildren, Jessica Rebottaro, Jackie Forche, Jacob LaDuke, Cassidy LaDuke and Andrew Howard; her great grandchildren, Mya, Jassidy, Ryan and Haidynn; her brother Norman Gray; and also, Ammerman Howard and Tammy Howard.
