Nichols; his daughters, Laurie Lusk (Jeff), Lisa Collis and Linda Newell (Dave); his grandchildren, Matt Lusk (Kelly), Jeff Lusk, Alex Crawford, Logan and Lindsey Newell; his great grandchildren, Mason and Brooklyn Lusk; and his siblings, Richard W. Emch and Shirley Spencer.
