She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Shourds and Ruth Shourds (Allshouse); her husband Phil; and her brothers, Norman and Raymond.
She is survived by: her daughter Julia Spiegel (Doug); her stepdaughters, Pamela Glutsch (Fred) and Vicki Ruettinger (Kevin); her siblings, Linda Roberts (Charles) and Michael Shourds (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Carrie Sharp (Doyle), Travis Glutsch, Jennifer VanEtten and Ashley VanEtten. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Touch of Home, Adult Care in Adrian or Careline Hospice of Jackson.
