He is survived by: his mother Delores Raglin (Stickler); his significant other Durinda Raglin; his son Harley Raglin of Blanchard; his partner's sons, Bobby Kienitz (Bobbie Jo) of Lupton and Michael Roe (Stephanie) of Tumwater, WA; his brother Kevin Raglin (Joanna) of Blanchard; his mother-in-law Isabel Oliveira of Tracy, CA; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Perez (Shawn) of Oakdale, CA, David Oliveira and Manual Oliveira (Kathleen); his nephews, Ryan Raglin, Justin Perez and Theodore Oliveira; his niece Eryn Raglin; his uncle Richard Stickler (Joyce); and his aunt Carol Childers.
Memorial contributions in Mark's name can be made to any cancer research organization or to St Jude Children's Hospital.
