He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his sister Lavonne Boerma (Jim); his nephew Brian Boerma (Heidi); his niece Amy Finkenbinder (Kevin); his brother Lanny Withey (Monica); his nieces, Jessica Aldridge (Ryan) and Jenna Irani (Clayton); his brother-in-law Bill Hough (Jill); his nephews, Michael Hough (Stacey), John Hough (Tracey), Colton Hough (Rachel) and Collin Hough; his sister-in-law Teresa Liscombe (Ed); and his nieces and nephews, Maryssa Liscombe, Davis Liscombe (Taylor), Brandon Thomas (Abby), Emily Thomas, Cody Woolworth (Kayla) and Conner Woolworth.
